Responsibilities

Operate motorcycles safely and comply with all traffic rules and regulations to ensure secure deliveries.
Use GPS and route navigation tools effectively to plan and follow the most efficient routes.
Perform time management to complete deliveries within specified service level agreements.
Interact courteously with customers while delivering parcels and handling inquiries or issues professionally.
Handle parcels with care to prevent damage and verify delivery accuracy using barcode scanning technology.
Manage cash-on-delivery transactions accurately, including collection, reconciliation, and secure handling of payments.
Use the Daraz Rider App to record payments, confirm electronic proof of delivery, and update delivery statuses in real-time.
Understand and comply with the Daraz Rider App workflow and delivery service level agreements to meet performance targets.
Maintain thorough and accurate delivery documentation including proof of delivery and order verification records.
Participate in real-time GPS location tracking to provide timely updates and ensure the transparency of delivery progress.
Identify local streets, landmarks, and customer addresses effectively to facilitate prompt and accurate deliveries.
Ensure the reconciliation of cash-on-delivery collections aligns with company policies and accounting requirements.
Report any delivery challenges or incidents promptly to supervisors to resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
