Vice Principal

Responsibilities

Manage daily school operations to ensure smooth functioning and a well-organized environment.
Support and collaborate with teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and student engagement.
Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere among students.
Assist in the planning and coordination of lessons, examinations, and school events.
Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to address concerns and provide guidance.
Help the Principal in administrative tasks including policy implementation and record-keeping.
Oversee a team of 10 personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support to promote team effectiveness.
Resolve conflicts among students and staff with fairness and professionalism.
Use school management software to monitor attendance, grades, and other performance indicators.
Contribute to the development of school improvement plans aligned with educational goals.
Ensure compliance with all school policies and relevant educational regulations.
Encourage a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous learning within the school community.
Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of school staff to ensure high standards.
Promote student welfare and support initiatives that enhance their academic and personal growth.
