Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on eBay to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
Coordinate order processing including monitoring orders, handling payments, and ensuring timely shipment.
Maintain communication with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth dropshipping operations.
Monitor inventory levels and work with sourcing teams to replenish stock as needed.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance and report key metrics to support decision-making.
Assist in researching market trends and competitors to enhance product offerings.
Ensure compliance with eBay policies and any relevant e-commerce regulations.
