A personal motorcycle is required for efficient travel within the region, and residency in Bahawalnagar is essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred to ensure a foundation for professional communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

Engage proactively with retailers, dealers, painters, and contractors to promote decorative paint products and generate new sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management and strategic market penetration.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to address their needs and to encourage product purchase decisions.
Provide detailed product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them make informed purchasing choices aligned with their requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing sales volumes.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, detailing customer interactions, sales achieved, and market feedback to support business planning.
Promote the brand and product offerings of Huzain Paint Shop in local markets, representing the company professionally at all times.
Manage travel efficiently using a personal motorcycle to cover assigned sales territories and meet with clients consistently.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional image and conduct during all customer interactions.
