HVAC Officer

Enaara Facilities & Management is looking for a committed HVAC Officer to manage the daily operation and upkeep of HVAC systems at a commercial mall in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC equipment runs efficiently, oversee maintenance activities, and coordinate with various teams to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 55,000, with on-site responsibilities requiring presence at the mall.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HVAC operations to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Assign and monitor tasks for HVAC staff throughout the workday.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment and related areas to detect any issues early.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Identify HVAC faults promptly and coordinate repairs to reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment problems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and relevant industry standards in HVAC operations.
- Collaborate with the Operations/MEP team, maintenance staff, contractors, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Report HVAC-related concerns and maintenance requirements to management promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience in HVAC supervision or maintenance roles.
- Solid understanding of HVAC preventive maintenance and safety standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to lead a team and manage daily HVAC operations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in commercial buildings, shopping malls, or similar facilities is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC safety protocols and compliance standards to uphold workplace safety.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
