Responsibilities

Coordinate and liaise with K-Electric and other relevant power authorities to ensure seamless power operations.
Manage electricity billing processes, including bill verification, reconciliation, and addressing discrepancies.
Monitor power consumption and load management to identify and resolve load-related issues proactively.
Handle commercial power-related matters, complaints, and follow-ups to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely resolution of power supply and consumption issues.
Maintain detailed records of power operations, billing, and communications with external authorities.
Assist in planning and implementing power-related strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to power operations.
Provide regular reports on power consumption, billing status, and issue resolution to management.
Support the telecom operations by ensuring reliable power availability and addressing any outages or disruptions promptly.
