The position requires adherence to rigorous safety protocols and precise handling of rigging equipment to support technical operations effectively. Candidates with at least one year of experience will assist supervisors by monitoring various technical parameters, ensuring the integrity of feeder cables, and maintaining equipment performance within prescribed limits. This role demands vigilance in identifying potential hazards, proper load securement, and adherence to load distribution practices to prevent accidents and equipment damage. In addition to operational duties, Rigging professionals are responsible for maintaining accurate records of client information and environmental measurements crucial for equipment performance. They utilize safety kits to ensure personal and team safety while coordinating smoothly with other team members to support supervisors effectively. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the emphasis on team coordination and communication is essential for successful project execution and hazard mitigation.
Responsibilities

Install and maintain RF and MW equipment according to technical requirements and company standards.
Inspect and ensure feeder cables remain free from twists, breaks, and other defects that could impact signal quality.
Monitor Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) values and collaborate with supervisors to address deviations promptly.
Assist supervisors in achieving Required Signal Levels (RSL) through precise technical support and adjustments.
Perform checks on tower tilting angles and torque to ensure structural stability and compliance with safety standards.
Utilize rigging safety kits consistently and maintain all tools and equipment in proper condition to guarantee workplace safety.
Accurately record, update, and maintain client information in the company database for operational tracking and communication.
Conduct critical environmental measurements before the onset of rainy seasons to prepare equipment for adverse conditions.
Provide troubleshooting support, perform file backups, update technical data regularly, and facilitate data retrieval when necessary.
Identify potential hazards on job sites and implement safety measures to minimize risks to personnel and equipment.
Follow established protocols for load securement and distribution to ensure safe and balanced handling of heavy equipment during installations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met.
