Textile Designer

Ibrahime Textile is seeking a skilled Textile Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in textile design, specifically with a background that includes working in the banking industry. This role requires a strong focus on print design and the ability to develop innovative fabric patterns that meet the companys quality standards and market trends. The designer will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to final product, ensuring designs align with client needs and company objectives. The Textile Designer will lead a team of two personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. This role demands excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. The designer must collaborate effectively with other departments, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, and contribute to continuous improvement in textile design techniques.
Responsibilities

Develop original and innovative textile prints and patterns that align with company standards and client specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of two designers, coordinating tasks and fostering a productive creative environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are marketable and meet quality expectations.
Manage the entire design process from initial concept through to final production.
Stay informed about trends and advancements in textile design and incorporate them into creative projects.
Review and approve all design work produced by the team to maintain consistency and quality.
Prepare presentations and samples for client approvals and internal reviews.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout the design process.
Maintain organized records of designs, revisions, and project timelines.
Contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives and product development cycles.
