Responsibilities

Drive passengers safely and efficiently using the InDrive and Yango platforms while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Plan and navigate routes effectively to optimize ride time and fuel consumption, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Maintain the company vehicle in optimal condition, performing routine checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Handle daily financial transactions, including the payment of 1500 RS to the vehicle owner each day, ensuring transparent bookkeeping.
Manage unlimited rides within the allowable 12-hour period to maximize earnings and customer service opportunities.
Coordinate and collaborate with a team of five to ensure adherence to schedules, resolve operational issues, and support smooth workflow.
Provide friendly, professional customer service to passengers, promoting a positive and safe ride experience.
Ensure all documentation related to vehicle usage, maintenance, and ride logs are accurately maintained and submitted on time.
Adhere strictly to vehicle care guidelines including cleanliness, fuel management, and safe parking practices.
Demonstrate flexibility and stamina to manage long driving hours while maintaining alertness and safety.
Report any incidents or accidents immediately to management following company protocols.
Participate in team meetings and training programs to enhance driving skills and customer service excellence.
