Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, with additional bonuses and weekly payments based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone or Zoom to discuss life insurance options.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance policies tailored to their individual needs.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Manage follow-ups and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone or video calls.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of working independently without direct supervision.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a life insurance license; full guidance and support for licensing will be provided.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
