Indus Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The candidate is responsible for handling a variety of data entry tasks, maintaining databases, and supporting organizational operations through precise information management. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 20 data entry professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Oversee daily data entry activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data recorded.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to input, organize, and analyze data effectively.
- Maintain and update databases with company information while adhering to data confidentiality protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless data flow and resolve data-related issues.
- Train new and existing team members on data entry procedures and best practices.
- Implement process improvements to enhance data entry accuracy and productivity.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data to assist management in decision-making.
