Responsibilities

  • Initiating outbound communication via phone calls, emails, or direct messages to introduce products or services and gauge interest.
  • Make a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate; maintain your enthusiasm and energy level throughout;
  • Generate sales opportunities and close sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
  • Managing the sales pipeline by accurately tracking and updating lead information, progress through the sales funnel, and next steps required for each prospect.
  • Building rapport and trust with prospects by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Document each call as per company and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant or related work experience, preferably with a background in call center sales with a high customer service and sales focus
  • Ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals
  • Strong understanding of the products or services being offered, including their features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet targets consistent
