Graduate with 6 years of experience in Factory management & Administration.
(Retired Army officer will be preferred).
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to modernize factory operations.
- Allocate resources effectively and utilize to produce optimal results.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to the senior department heads.
- Collaborating with the quality control department to establish and execute standard control processes.
- Efficiently use of power and chemical consumption within the stock limit
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
