Marketing & Client Relation Executive

IRK NexGen (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Client Relation Executive to enhance our client engagement and drive effective marketing strategies. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and conducting market research to support business growth. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The position requires someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, capable of coordinating multiple client accounts and ensuring superior client service. This role includes managing a team of 10 persons, providing leadership and direction to ensure the team's goals align with company objectives. The candidate must be proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and various communication channels including email and WhatsApp Business. Regular client visits, local travel for meetings, and representing IRK NexGen with professionalism are essential components of this job. The ability to maintain detailed client records and provide insightful marketing analytics will contribute to successful client relations and effective marketing campaign management.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to maximize client engagement and brand visibility.
Manage and strengthen client relationships through regular interaction, proactive follow-ups, and delivering tailored service solutions.
Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of 10 marketing and client relation professionals, ensuring high performance and collaborative work environments.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee account management activities including client onboarding, service delivery monitoring, and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Utilize digital marketing tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing analytics software, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports to support business intelligence and future marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure aligned efforts in delivering marketing solutions and client services.
Represent IRK NexGen professionally during client meetings, local travel visits, and external engagements to strengthen company reputation.
Ensure adherence to company standards in all client interactions, marketing presentations, and communication materials.
Continuously assess client feedback and campaign performance to recommend improvements and new opportunities for business growth.
Support office visits and fieldwork as required to establish a strong local presence and personalized client outreach.
