Marketing Manager

This individual will be responsible for providing customer support, managing data input, executing social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills, a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, and technical skills related to funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
Address concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate information in English.
Handle correspondence related to donations and other organizational inquiries.

Data Input

Accurately input and manage data from campaigns using Excel and Google Sheets.

Social Media Marketing

Create, schedule, and manage posts for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns to reach target audiences.

Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Social Media Expertise:

Experience in managing and marketing through social media platforms.
Understanding of audience engagement and analytics.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Islamic Awareness: Sunni Muslim, who prays the five daily prayers and have an understanding of Islamic values and the ability to represent the organization in alignment with its mission.
