IT Consultancy Clinic is seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive/IT Recruiter to join our team at our Tariqabad, Faisalabad office. This role requires working the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM Pakistan time, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in US-based recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, the ability to confidently handle inbound and outbound calls from US clients, and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT. In this role, you will contribute to sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring both quality and efficiency in recruitment activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, along with skills to manage time effectively while working under pressure. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients and candidates, providing professional and timely responses.
- Source candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to meet client recruitment requirements.
- Maintain excellent client relationship management by understanding client needs and delivering suitable candidate profiles.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to support candidate sourcing, screening, and communication processes.
- Conduct data entry and management tasks accurately to maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Engage in cold calling to generate potential candidate pools and expand recruitment opportunities.
- Prepare candidates for interviews through resume marketing and interview coaching tailored to US client expectations.
- Manage recruitment accounts effectively, keeping recruiters and clients updated on hiring progress and challenges.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Urdu during interactions with clients and candidates.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently for reporting, documentation, and tracking recruitment activities.
- Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture, supporting long-term team goals.
- Stay informed about relevant visa categories such as Green Card and US Citizenship, to better assist candidates and clients.
- Participate actively in the night shift schedule and maintain consistent attendance during working hours.
