IT Support & Networking Assistant

We are looking for a motivated IT Support & Networking Assistant to join our onsite team. The successful candidate will have foundational knowledge in IT support, computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting. This role involves assisting employees with technical issues, maintaining computer and network equipment, resolving hardware and software problems, and supporting daily IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support to employees throughout the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Install and configure computers, software applications, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Assist with network setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting to maintain reliable communication systems.
- Maintain and monitor IT equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine system and network maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Keep accurate records of IT equipment, technical issues, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Support day-to-day IT operations to minimize disruptions and enhance productivity.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and fundamental network troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills to assist employees and coordinate with the IT team.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or networking roles.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- Ability to work onsite at the designated location to provide hands-on support.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs75,000. The role requires physical presence at the workplace to ensure seamless IT operations and provide immediate assistance when needed.
