Bookkeeping Associate

The associate works closely with clients through various communication channels to resolve queries and supports data-driven business decisions by analyzing customer information to boost conversion and growth. As part of the team, the Bookkeeping Associate develops expertise in tools such as Microsoft Excel and industry-standard accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities

Manually enter expense transactions into the companys custom accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail.
Review and verify processed financial data to ensure consistency, correctness, and compliance with quality standards.
Engage with clients via email and other communication channels to address document queries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses.
Analyze customer data to extract actionable insights that support business growth, improve conversion rates, and enhance service delivery.
Identify and report areas for process improvement in bookkeeping and data management to maintain a quality target of 98%.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions, to manipulate and analyze financial data effectively.
Develop and maintain proficiency in accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Online for managing financial accounts.
Draft detailed software requirement documents to communicate necessary changes and updates to cross-functional teams.
Conduct functional testing of software solutions to ensure high quality before deployment.
Apply foundational SEO and CRM strategies to support client engagement and business initiatives.
Participate actively in training programs and mentorship to enhance professional skills and knowledge relevant to bookkeeping and finance.
Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive and productive work environment.
Balance multitasking demands efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and quality.
