We’re hiring Inside Sales Associates (ISAs) to join our growing team at iZ Square. Your role will be to generate and qualify high-quality leads of home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canadian real estate markets. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canada.
- Engage and qualify leads using proven scripts and communication tools.
- Set appointments and follow up with the interested clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and real estate teams to optimize results.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Prior experience in BPO, or real estate (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work evening/night shifts to match North American time zones.
