Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely and effective delivery of assignments.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to partners and various departments within the firm.
- Lead a team responsible for organizing client-focused events such as lunches, dinners, and special occasions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to facilitate smooth internal communication and workflow.
- Act as the coordinator for business development assignments, supporting growth initiatives and client outreach.
- Manage the firm’s social media accounts across multiple platforms, maintaining an active and professional online presence.
- Handle talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding, as well as organizing staff training and development programs.
- Perform additional duties as required, leveraging your qualifications, experience, and skills to support the firm’s objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an excellent command of its applications.
