Site Surveyor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our construction team, responsible for accurate site layout, data collection, and ensuring field execution aligns with design specifications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project coordinators to support smooth project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Mark layout points and establish reference lines to ensure precise construction alignment and level control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers by providing accurate field data to support design development and modifications.
- Verify that site execution strictly follows approved drawings, elevations, and technical specifications, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Participate actively in inspections and layout checks during various construction phases to identify discrepancies early and recommend corrective actions.

- Assist in preparing site-based variation orders or design adjustments by providing accurate data and field insights.
- Ensure the regular calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all survey equipment to guarantee measurement accuracy.
- Support field activities by coordinating with the project coordinator to gather necessary data and facilitate smooth operations on site.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions and assist in arranging repairs or replacements to minimize downtime.
- Identify and communicate on-ground site constraints or challenges to design teams to enable timely adjustments and avoid project delays.
- Work closely with the planning engineer and supervision team during project execution to align surveying activities with overall project schedules and requirements.
