Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer with expertise in both WordPress and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining websites that are optimized for performance, security, and user experience. Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from the ground up, ensuring they align with client specifications.
- Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to enhance functionality and meet unique business needs.
- Optimize websites to improve speed, overall performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress functionality, ensuring smooth operation.
- Guarantee cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all WordPress sites.
- Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and attacks.

Shopify Development:
- Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes and applications tailored to client requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and Shopify plugins to extend store capabilities.
- Optimize Shopify stores to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Identify and resolve technical issues specific to Shopify platforms promptly.
- Ensure consistent and seamless functionality across all devices and browsers.

General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into fully functional websites.
- Partner with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies and analytics tracking for enhanced site visibility and performance measurement.
- Manage routine website maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and security patches.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in WordPress and Shopify development to continuously improve skills and site quality.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing client websites, ensuring reliability and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in WordPress theme and plugin development, including customization and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify theme and app development with a solid understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem.
- Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with API integrations, payment gateways, and third-party plugin management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
