Job Summary
As the Marketing Manager at Starling, you will lead the creation and implementation of the company’s brand, content, digital, and outreach strategies. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform the firm’s value proposition into clear, compelling marketing campaigns that boost visibility, enhance credibility, and generate qualified leads. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive growth and elevate Starling’s position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and owning a comprehensive marketing roadmap that aligns with Starling’s growth goals and target audiences. This includes crafting and managing thought leadership content such as LinkedIn posts, case studies, infographics, newsletters, and guides to position the firm as an industry authority.

Managing the company website in collaboration with developers and designers will be a critical part of your role. You will ensure SEO best practices are applied and oversee both paid and organic campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality inbound leads. Supporting the sales team is also essential; you will create marketing collateral, pitch decks, email sequences, and customized messaging tailored to different client segments to facilitate the sales process.

Maintaining consistency across all marketing channels is vital. You will ensure the firm’s tone, visuals, and voice communicate clarity, confidence, and strategic value at every touchpoint. Additionally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and content engagement. Using these insights, you will continuously refine marketing strategies to improve results.

Building and nurturing relationships with industry partners, referral networks, and aligned service providers will help expand Starling’s reach and reputation in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ experience in marketing, preferably within B2B environments such as professional services, SaaS, or accounting and finance consulting. A proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies is essential.

Strong copywriting and content marketing skills are required, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages. You should have working knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in sales enablement, brand and messaging ownership, marketing analytics, optimization, partnership development, and outreach will be highly valued.

This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive starting salary from Rs100,000 per month.
