Job Summary

We are looking for a committed female School Principal to lead a school located in Bath/Begpur near Gujranwala-Sheikhupura Road. The ideal candidate must reside in or near Mangoke Virkan, 48 Virkan, Majhoo Chak, Herdev, or surrounding areas, as proximity to the school is essential. This is a full-time morning shift role focused on creating an environment that upholds high academic standards, continuous improvement, and inclusive education, ensuring every student receives the support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

The School Principal will be responsible for promoting evidence-based teaching and learning by closely monitoring school progress through key performance indicators. This includes driving continuous improvement for both the school as an institution and each individual student.

Recruitment and development of highly qualified teachers is a critical part of the role. The principal will lead the Teacher Selection process, empower and support educators, and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning among teachers, students, staff, and parents.

Developing and implementing a comprehensive school improvement plan based on a thorough needs analysis is essential. The principal will monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and both formal and informal observations, enhancing teacher performance via demonstration sessions and ongoing feedback.

Student performance oversight involves reviewing student work and test papers in line with school policies. The principal will also organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, library, laboratories, and academic resources to enrich the learning environment.

Supporting students who are struggling academically is a priority, alongside conducting and participating in training sessions, including on-the-job faculty development. The principal will ensure term tests and examinations are administered transparently and punctually.

Building team spirit and motivating teachers with a focus on retention is vital. The principal will also engage with the community to promote education for both male and female children and encourage enrollment, maintaining required student strength through effective strategies.

Managing teacher outreach, maintaining an updated CV bank, and coordinating with Area and Regional HR teams on hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR matters are key administrative duties.

The principal must ensure school discipline and foster positive character development among students and staff. Overseeing staff attendance and leave management to minimize classroom disruptions is also required.

Administrative responsibilities include supervising assistants in accounts and related tasks, maintaining accurate school accounts and documentation, and ensuring proper maintenance of school buildings, premises, and utilities. Coordination with supervisors on board-related matters and adherence to organizational policies in school activities are also expected. Timely submission of reports and required documents completes the role’s scope.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree (BA, B.Sc., or B.Ed.) and have a minimum of two years teaching experience or at least six months in a senior teaching role such as senior teacher, vice principal, or principal.

Demonstrated leadership and achievement through academic, co-curricular, volunteer, or professional activities are essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to motivate oneself and others, build meaningful relationships, and take ownership of personal and team growth are required.

A passion for serving as a positive change agent in education is crucial.
