Autograph Serviced Apartments is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our apartment sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage all apartment sales activities, ensuring that sales goals are not only met but surpassed. Developing and executing tailored sales strategies specific to the serviced apartment market will be a core part of your role. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders is essential to sustain long-term business growth.

A critical aspect of your responsibilities will be to monitor and analyze current real estate market trends, enabling you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams will be necessary to optimize sales performance and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Marketing considered an advantage. You should have between 8 to 10 years of direct experience in apartment sales, demonstrating a consistent record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and influence decision-making processes. A genuine passion for sales and client service is required, alongside an extroverted and energetic personality that thrives in a target-driven environment.

In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends is crucial to this role, as it will inform your sales strategies and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Master’s degree in Marketing is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. We offer a competitive full-time salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000 per month, reflecting the importance of this leadership role within our organization.

This position is based on-site, providing the opportunity to work directly within a reputable serviced apartment company known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
