Real Estate Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Professional to join our team full-time at our Scheme 33 location. This on-site role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, who can maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support payroll processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data to support budgeting and strategic decision-making. Collaboration with various departments to improve accounting procedures and contribute to financial planning is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and reports, while managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and monitor all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax returns, and provide support during internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data to generate insights that aid in budgeting and support organizational decision-making.
- Continuously review and improve accounting procedures, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000.
