Job Summary
Fairways Logistics is actively seeking committed Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team based at the DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls related to logistics and shipping inquiries. Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, your main duties will include answering incoming calls and assisting clients with their questions or concerns about our logistics and shipping services. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to follow up on shipments and confirm critical details, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information. Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary will be an essential part of your role.
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all communications and client interactions is crucial to support smooth operations. You will coordinate closely with sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stay well-informed about company policies, procedures, and service offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information. Your ability to multitask and manage calls efficiently during the night shift will be key to your success in this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, with preference given to those who have worked with US or Canada-based clients. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory to effectively engage with customers and resolve their issues. Excellent listening skills and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure are essential.
Applicants should be willing and able to work night shifts from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM at the DHA Phase 6 location in Lahore. Basic computer literacy is required, including familiarity with CRM systems or call center software tools, to manage customer information and track interactions efficiently.
Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. The working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, catering to our night shift operations. The salary range for this role is between Rs50,000 and Rs100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
