Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for actively prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients is essential to ensure repeat business and generate referrals. Managing leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions through CRM software is critical to maintaining an organized and efficient sales pipeline. Additionally, the Sales Executive will provide clients with regular market insights and updates to help them make well-informed decisions. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently is a key expectation for this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of six months’ experience in real estate sales, with preference given to those familiar with the USA market. A solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes is essential. Proficiency in using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activities is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
