Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing the company’s financial health and delivering strategic recommendations to enhance business performance. This position demands strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement to support data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial performance to identify key trends, strengths, and areas requiring improvement. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses tailored for management and key stakeholders. Conducting variance analysis and translating findings into actionable insights will be essential to optimize business operations effectively.

You will monitor and evaluate critical financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics, ensuring the company’s financial health is accurately tracked. Collaboration with accounting and operations teams is vital to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Additionally, you will develop robust financial models and forecasts that support strategic decision-making processes.

Supporting budget preparation and financial planning activities will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will assist in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding the company’s financial governance.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A minimum of four years’ experience in financial analysis, performance reporting, and financial modeling is required. A strong understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and financial ratios is essential to succeed in this role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, along with experience using financial modeling software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Tableau. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities are necessary to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred and will be considered an asset. Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA are highly desirable and will strengthen your candidacy. Experience working with a Big 6 audit firm is also advantageous.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
