HR Generalist

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Generalist to join our team at Gulberg Green, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing a wide array of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and daily HR operations. This position is essential in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, supporting organizational goals through effective human resource management.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules. Efficient management of employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures is also a core responsibility. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation is critical to support HR operations.

Monitoring attendance and leave records, and preparing regular reports for management review, will be part of daily tasks. The role also involves supporting payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and benefits data. Consistent implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures are required to maintain workplace standards.

Additionally, the HR Generalist will assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills. Addressing employee queries and grievances with professionalism and supporting conflict resolution efforts are important aspects of this role. Ensuring all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies is mandatory. The candidate will also prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role is essential. Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices is required to ensure compliance and effective HR management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary to manage multiple responsibilities and interact effectively with employees and management. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software tools is expected. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is critical to maintaining confidentiality and trust within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s expertise and understanding of HR functions. Candidates with over 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist will be given preference due to their advanced knowledge and skills.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Islamabad. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
