Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee technology projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the defined scope, timelines, and budget. This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in DevOps and AWS Cloud environments. You will play a critical role in driving project execution, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans that clearly outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution. Utilize your expertise in DevOps and AWS Cloud technologies to guide and support project activities effectively. Monitor project progress closely, managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless collaboration and execution. Conduct thorough risk management by identifying potential risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Work closely with engineering teams to align technical solutions with project objectives, ensuring that deliverables meet both business and technical requirements.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related discussions. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that can enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Lead and motivate project teams by setting clear goals, defining roles, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any team conflicts promptly to maintain productivity and morale. Organize regular meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment across all parties.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and deliverables through reports and presentations. Ensure strict adherence to company standards and established project management methodologies. After project completion, conduct evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of project delivery.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of project management experience combined with a strong technical background. Proven hands-on experience in DevOps practices and AWS Cloud technologies is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints is required.

Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise between technical teams and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in risk management and resource coordination is also important to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
