Joray Store is seeking a diligent Camera Monitoring Staff member to oversee real-time surveillance operations at our facility. This role involves continuously monitoring security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate possesses strong observation skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with emergency response procedures to promptly address any incidents. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and reside near Malir Model Colony. A minimum education level of intermediate is required to qualify for this position. The role does not involve managing a team but requires close attention to detail and the ability to write clear, concise reports.
Responsibilities
- Continuously observe and monitor live video feeds from security cameras to detect any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, following established protocols to ensure safety and minimize risks.
- Document incidents accurately through detailed report writing to maintain thorough records of daily activities and occurrences.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with security personnel and management regarding any issues or concerns observed during monitoring.
- Maintain vigilance to prevent security breaches by identifying potential hazards and addressing them proactively.
- Stay informed about emergency response procedures and participate in regular training to enhance response capabilities.
- Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues immediately for maintenance.
- Follow operational guidelines and company policies to uphold a safe and secure environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support overall security objectives and contribute to a cohesive safety strategy.
