WINDOW TAKAFUL OPERATIONS Jubilee Life commenced its Window Takaful Operations from July 07, 2015 (19th of Ramadan 1436 Hijri).
The purpose was to provide Shariah-compliant Takaful products to our brethren for overcoming uncertain situations in life.
The Company is a subsidiary of Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development S.A. Switzerland.
Executive Financial Consultant Job Purpose:
- Jubilee Takaful Family Charssada Branch requires an Executive Financial Consultant who can provide first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product.
- Acts as a liaison between the consumer and Jubilee family Takaful, Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
Executive Financial Consultant Job Duties:
- Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
- Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
- Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
- Makes sales appointments with clients
- Teams with other employees to make sure that product is available which are most suitable for the Consumer.
- Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
- Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to Shariah principles.
- Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all assigned products.
- Maintain accurately and up to date activity records
- Maximize sales referral opportunities by working with customer service colleagues.
- Is responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the consumer brand experience being promoted by the organization.

- Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
- Assembles any and all product displays in a given market
- Meets with retail associates to help them effectively sell products
- Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
- Discovers how to market products to new users
- Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
- Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market
- Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
- Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
- Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies
- Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
- Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
