Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients to build and expand the customer base.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 12 sales personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve team sales targets.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, monitor sales activities, and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate sales leads and participate in promotional activities.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and competitors to effectively position JubileeLife Insurance offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Provide timely feedback and reports to management regarding market conditions, client feedback, and sales performance.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices at all times.
