Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft engaging and user-friendly web interfaces, landing pages, and dashboards. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into effective wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. This role requires close collaboration with developers and a commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to deliver visually appealing and consistent product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces, landing pages, and dashboards that enhance user experience.
- Translate user requirements and business objectives into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits to ensure visual consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay informed about emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to foster innovation.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including color theory and typography.
- Experience in creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your best web and mobile design projects.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
