About the role
Just White Hat is looking for an Admin / Human Resources Officer with multiple years of experience and has worked under different scopes of HR. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and must adhere to deadlines. If you’re forward looking and are willing to learn and grow while contributing to the company, then you’re the right fit for the job!
What you will do
• Ability to lead and manage the workforce
• Workforce management through different platforms
• Employee tracking and creating escalations for breaches under the rule of conducts
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
• Workforce planning
• Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
• Interviewing applicants
• Administering pre-employment tests
• Assisting with completing background investigations
• Communicate with managers to resolve issues with payroll
• Ensure all timecards are approved by the deadline
What we are looking for
• Majors in HR
• Multiple years of experience
• Successful work experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
• Commitment to staying current on the understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
• Strength of character, ethics, and commitment, and reliability
