Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow).
- Budget preparation, forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.
- Keeping a proper record of Leasing
- Looking all banking Matters
2. Accounts Management:
- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Support the reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
3. Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Help implement and maintain effective internal financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits and assist in audit preparations.
4. Taxation:
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) and ensure timely submissions.
- Help ensure the company complies with all local and international tax regulations.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to streamline accounting processes.
- Assist in implementing best practices for financial management and operational efficiency.
6. Team Support:
- Provide support to the Finance Manager and senior team members in day-to-day operations.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, assisting them with their queries and ensuring efficient workflow.
7. Reporting and Projects:
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management and stakeholders as requested.
