Kaizen Paints is seeking a highly skilled Manager for Business Planning and Financial Analysis to support its financial strategy and operations. This role focuses on delivering in-depth financial planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in financial planning and analysis within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors, proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting, and capability in manufacturing costing and profitability analysis. This role requires an analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring that financial insights align with strategic business objectives.
The manager will play a key role in budgeting, working capital management, and CAPEX evaluation while leveraging advanced ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including complex formulas, Power Query, and macros. This position is well-suited for an experienced finance professional with approximately seven years of relevant experience, who holds a professional qualification such as CA, ACMA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance. Though this role does not include team management responsibilities, it demands a strong ability to partner with various stakeholders and deliver actionable financial insights that enhance profitability and business growth.
