Finance Manager

Kaka Khel Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of 10 professionals and ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires expertise in risk management and compliance, including adherence to IFRS standards. The Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating financial activities across multiple business units, with a focus on automobile dealerships, real estate, construction, and diversified business sectors. The position demands strong analytical skills to support strategic financial planning and improve financial performance. The Finance Manager must have 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to both the automotive and real estate industries. The role requires hands-on experience with managing property transactions, development costs, receivables, vendor payments, and comprehensive project-wise financial reporting. The candidate will serve as a liaison with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial entities to ensure smooth financial operations. Effective leadership and team management skills are essential to maintain performance and support company goals.
Responsibilities

Prepare and review accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
Lead the budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
Oversee risk management strategies to minimize financial losses and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate financial accounting for real estate projects, including tracking development costs, property transactions, customer receivables, and vendor payments.
Supervise project-wise financial reporting to support management decision-making.
Handle relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, customers, suppliers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial transactions and compliance.
Manage and mentor a finance team of 10 staff, ensuring high productivity and professional development.
Monitor taxation matters and ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with applicable tax laws.
Support multiple business units or companies within the group by providing accurate and timely financial information.
Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and enhance efficiency.
Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain financial excellence.
