Responsibilities:

  • Handle the front desk

  • Answering guests' questions about the facility and offerings
  • It will play a crucial role in the customer’s experience by promptly addressing their questions or concerns and striving to provide excellent customer service.
  • Managing incoming calls and redirecting them to their appropriate departments.
