HR Recruitment Trainee

Karobaar Plus Plus is looking for motivated HR Recruitment Trainees eager to grow their career in Human Resources. In this entry-level role, the trainee supports the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The trainee also helps maintain accurate recruitment records and assists with various HR activities to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment function within a dynamic business environment. The HR Recruitment Trainee works under supervision and does not manage a team. This position allows the trainee to develop key recruitment skills, including using candidate relationship management tools, performing recruitment analytics, and executing recruitment marketing strategies. The trainee gains exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and contributes to attracting and hiring qualified talent for Karobaar Plus Plus.
Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather information, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and databases.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives to attract potential candidates.
Assist with recruitment analytics by tracking key recruitment metrics and generating reports.
Utilize candidate relationship management (CRM) tools to track candidate interactions and pipeline status.
Participate in various HR activities related to recruitment and onboarding support.
Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
