Coordinate with Farm Supervisor for all operations related to Expenses, Payments and follow-up.
Must know the technical details regarding agriculture
Responsible for meeting monthly & yearly sales targets.
Will be responsible for following up on the timely arrangement and application of fertilizers, seeds, water management, and land preparation
Responsible for making business growth strategies and increasing revenue.
Schedule meetings/appointments, prepare presentations, and writes minutes of meetings.
Responsible for managing front-end operations of agribusiness.
Manage day-to-day activities by coordinating with the farm supervisor.
Derive strategies for expenses & cost control of the business.
Must remain updated on market trends.
Must have knowledge of crops and its processes from sowing till harvest
Manage all data related to agriculture on a daily basis with complete accuracy.
Coordinate with the Finance department for smooth operational management.
Report on a daily basis to COO.
Flexible to visit the farm as and when required.
Liaison with all relevant departments for data recording and management.
Must have an understanding to maintain Customers, Clients & Vendors ledgers.
Maintain relationship with existing clients to enhance business
