Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote real estate services and properties.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions, sales processes, and follow-up activities daily.
- Conduct engaging and confident sales calls and presentations to effectively communicate property features and benefits.
- Identify client needs through active listening and tailor property recommendations to match their preferences and budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitors to accurately position offerings.
- Attend property showings, open houses, and client meetings to support sales objectives and close deals efficiently.
- Report weekly sales activities, challenges, and achievements to supervisors and suggest improvements for sales strategies.
