HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation processes, and gain hands-on experience in all HR functions within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help in attendance tracking and leave management
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports
Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee data
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
