Responsibilities

- Conduct daily searches and detailed analysis of project postings on Upwork and Fiverr to identify genuine and suitable leads.
- Initiate and maintain client communications to clarify project scopes, answer queries, and build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Kloudxel's technical teams to interpret client specifications accurately and relay essential project details.
- Maintain a well-organized database to track leads, record communications, and schedule timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and successful client conversions to support overall business growth.
- Stay informed of the latest Upwork and Fiverr platform policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize proposal effectiveness.
- Leverage CRM systems or lead management tools to streamline the bidding and client management process efficiently.
