This role does not involve managing a team in the traditional sense but focuses on coordinating and ensuring the effective deployment of security personnel. The Security Supervisor works closely with the management and local authorities when necessary, preparing timely security incident reports and maintaining high standards of security operations within industrial or plant settings. Practical experience in emergency preparedness and security operations management is essential to successfully uphold the safety requirements at KMI Group.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of security guards and ensure the effective implementation of security protocols.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, oversee visitor movements, and conduct vehicle checks to maintain access control.
  • Conduct regular security rounds and inspections to detect and prevent any security breaches.
  • Manage security incidents promptly, investigate occurrences, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Maintain discipline, alertness, and optimal deployment of security personnel to cover all critical areas.
  • Collaborate with company management and local authorities for coordinated emergency response and security actions.
  • Ensure adherence to strict access control measures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily security activities, incidents, and patrols for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
  • Train and mentor security staff on protocols, safety standards, and best practices to improve security posture.
