Responsibilities
- Data Focal Point: LHC’s will be actively involved in the computerized data entry process at CRP (central registration point) to all the beneficiaries visiting the health facility.
- LHC’s will ensure the compilation of daily OPD, MNCH, Nutrition component and EPI data and submit by COB hours to EMR Supervisor.
- LHCs will be responsible for data collection, record keeping and reporting of SBCC activities.
- Facility-Based Awareness for Prevention and Health Promotion and health education activities within the healthcare facility, fostering a proactive approach to community well-being.
- Additional Responsibilities: The LHCs will undertake any further responsibilities deemed appropriate, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the healthcare initiatives.
- Any other task assigned by TLM
