The SAP Business One Administrator is responsible for the smooth operation, administration, and maintenance of the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system within an organization. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the system, managing user access and permissions, and providing support and training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration of SAP Business One to meet the requirements of the client’s business
- Working on implementation projects, functionality enhancements to existing systems and upgrade projects
- Offering training, assistance and formal mentorship to other team members
- Gaining and maintaining a very high level of functional knowledge of SAP Business One
- Provide user support by addressing queries, issues, and requests related to system functionality and access.
- Create and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics within the SAP B1 system to meet business reporting requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- 4-6 Years of SAP B1 Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP B1 Administrator or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP B1 system administration, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP B1 certification is a plus
