Requirement:

Experience: 3-6 months in technical recruitment
You must know commonly used programming languages.
You must know how to post job, shortlist candidates, initial calling & screening of candidates.
You will work closely with Project Managers & Technical Team leads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Help with day-to-day HR tasks like keeping records and arranging interviews.
Manage employee records, CVs, and interview scheduling.
Prepare reports on employee performance and activities. Address employee queries on HR matters.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry specific platforms, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Job type: Full-time onsite job and timings 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
