Responsibilities

Engage in structured on-the-job training to develop a comprehensive understanding of retail development operations and the petroleum sector.
Assist senior team members in planning, coordinating, and executing projects for the development, expansion, and optimization of retail outlets.
Support feasibility assessments and evaluation of potential sites for new retail outlets and business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and retail performance to support business decisions.
Assist in preparing project proposals, business cases, presentations, reports, and other documentation related to retail development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new retail initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Participate in site visits and field assessments to gain practical exposure to retail outlet development, operations, and market dynamics.
Identify opportunities to improve retail outlet performance, service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Develop practical problem-solving, analytical, project coordination, and decision-making skills through assigned projects and field exposure.
Perform other related assignments as directed by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and professional development.
